The TriActive Combo Press & Pull Machine combines the Seated Chest Press and Seated Lat Pull Down and can accommodate 2 users simultaneously. The Seated Chest Press targets the chest, shoulders and triceps, offering a safe and efficient way to build upper body strength and muscle tone. The Seated Lat Pull Down targets the back, shoulders, and arms, also offering a safe and efficient way to build upper body strength and muscle definition.
